Chocolate

Chocolate is made from cacao and there are six basic chocolate products found in most stores: 1. Milk chocolate is about ten percent chocolate with milk, sugar, and cocoa butter. 2. Sweet chocolate is about 15 percent chocolate with sugar and cocoa butter but not milk. 3. Semisweet or bittersweet is at least 35 percent chocolate with added cocoa butterand sugar. 4. Unsweetened chocolate is just chocolate and cocoa butter and is used for baking and cooking. 5. Unsweetened cocoa powder is chocolate with little to no cocoa butter 6. White chocolate is a mix of cocoa butter, sugar, and milk.
